Doing it!
So I figured today would be no better time to start my first real food post! It’s true that I probably should have posted the first meal of the day but by the time I got in to work, did not have my first cup of coffee, I was in no mood to bother. Me without coffee….well let’s just say that is a mess! For breakfast I did have a half of a cup of Danon Light n’ Fit vanilla yogurt, to that I added a whole banana, a blackberry muffin that I baked last night and a Trader Joe’s strawberry granola bar. It was a perfect breakfast! It held me over quite nice. I had lunch today about 12:30. For lunch I had left over broccoli which has seen better days, but since I refuse to let anything go to waste it was up to me to eat it! Especially since I tried to sneak it in to my sweethearts lunch box and it stayed there for two days! I also had about eight baby carrots and the best part of lunch…okay the second best part of lunch was a Thomas whole wheat English muffin topped with a slice of Swiss cheese and tomato basil goodness! It tasted so good, I am a HUGE Swiss cheese fan it’s probably my third favorite cheese! The best part of lunch was the pickle! Sooo garlicly and delicious just like I like them. Mmm. Lunch was fantastic and now I am fully energized and ready to get this second half of my day over with, I really want to get home! I leave you with my delectable goodness of a lunch and will see you at dinner!
